Privacy Policy Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
TSF Spa, with registered office in Adro, Via G. Galilei, n. 16, tel. 0303 7386911, as Data Controller, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, informs that the personal data provided will be treated in accordance with the points listed below.

1. The following personal data will be processed: name, surname, address, tax code and VAT number, registration number with the Chamber of Commerce, bank details, telephone, e-mail, fax and any other data required and necessary to the relationship between the parties.

2. The treatment to which the common personal data will be subjected responds and is legitimized by the following purposes:
- Conclusion of contracts and performance of obligations arising therefrom;
- Compliance with legal obligations, mainly deriving from civil, fiscal and accounting provisions;
- Exercise of judicial and extra-judicial rights connected with the relationship (e.g. management of any litigation); The provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the contract and is also mandatory for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for the execution of the contract itself. Therefore, failure to provide the information will make it impossible to enter into and execute the contract.

3. The personal data collected will be communicated, as far as strictly relevant, to the following recipients or categories of recipients:
- To Public Administrations, Bodies and Institutions, within the limits established by law and regulations;
- To the Accountant, for the keeping of accounts, appointed as Data Processor;
- To the auditing companies, certification of financial statements, to the auditors, appointed as data processors;
- To companies or consulting bodies that operate for the Company in the various sectors, appointed as Data Processors;
- To external carriers, for the delivery of goods or correspondence;
- To parent, subsidiary and associated companies for administrative and accounting purposes;
- To professionals of the profession of lawyer, for legal assistance in case of disputes in relation to the execution of the contract; personal data could be transferred to non-EU countries or international organizations in case of need justified by the existing business relationship. 4. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 grants the data subject the right to exercise specific rights, including the right to request the Data Controller to do so:
- Confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to it (right of access);
- The rectification of inaccurate personal data or the integration of incomplete personal data (right of rectification);
- The cancellation of the data, if there is one of the reasons provided for in the Regulation (right to be forgotten)).
- The limitation of the treatment, when one of the hypotheses provided for by the Regulation occurs (right of limitation);
- To receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by computer device, the personal data you provide to the Data Controller and to transmit such data to another holder (right to portability).
- The interested party has the right to oppose, for reasons related to your particular situation, the processing of data carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (right of opposition).

5. In order to exercise his rights, the interested party may send a request to the e-mail address, from which the person in charge of data protection will reply.

6. With regard to the processing of data carried out on the basis of consent, the right to revoke the consent given at any time is recognized, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing prior to revocation. The revocation of consent must be communicated in writing to which will issue a receipt. It is also recognized the right to complain to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, pursuant to art. 77 Reg, if it is considered that the treatment violates the provisions of EU Regulation.

7. Personal data subject to this statement, noted in books and records and in reports and communications required by law, will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, and in any case for ten years from the
